Why not SP2?
I've always wondered why someone would choose NOT to get new service packs when they come available. I can understand if the service pack has just been released and there is some incompatability but I still see folks in many different forums cursing SP2.
So why would someone not want to install a service pack?

About six out of every ten thousand people had troubles with SP2. Those six people spoke louder than the rest.
Then there are the people with illegal copies of XP that can't get SP2... Also, many people haven't read about these 100's of reasons to add it: List of fixes included in Windows XP Service Pack 2 http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;811113
