Email rules with Server 2003

Another question! I have an email user, we'll call name. I have given this user 3 smpt addresses under the one user account. I was hoping to create a rule, client or server side, to seperate emails going to each address into different inbox folders. I tried doing it with a client-side rule in outlook, (if specific word in "to" box, move to specified folder) but as the three addresses are essentially all just forwarding the incoming mail to name@address.com, this didn't work. Anyone know of a way I can do this? Or would I be better off creating three seperate users and giving outlook access to all three?
