Can't Load XP Pro

Hi PC Guys & Gals,

I am having problems in installing CP Pro. Whatever type of installation i choose, windows will copy files and after some time, it will just freeze....It says' Windows is copying files, it might take several minutes but I think it's more than that....I waited for at least 2 hours but the installation just freeze at for eg, 50 % of files copied....

When I shut down the PC and redo my installation, the same things happen again....Could it be the hard disk problem?
