My computer icons messed up
Guys , just installed a cd cover tool , and whilst installing i got an error saying something like ivs error . The screen locked so i had to do a hard reboot. Now when i click on my computer, all the icons for drives and folders are not in the standard category they used to be in. They are just next to each other !! ive tried changing view options with no joy , and ive tried to do a restore , again no joy . anyone any ideas ?

In View Options try "arrange by" and select Group.

If you can get ahold of TuneUp Utils 2k6 or a demo, it has a great wizard for repairing visual errors, like misplaced icons. If you decide to go with that, and you can't find the wizard, post here or PM me and I'll find it for you.
