XP taking up lots of space

Hi,
i recently installed XP pro on my pc, and haven't installed much other softwares. I thought i'd make a special partition of my hd just for the OS and this partition size is 5gB. I thought that'd be plenty but apparently not? Only 139 mB left and its causing me headaches. Is this install size normal? If so is there any way i can increase the partition size without re-formatting my drive? thanks.

Send a message via AIM to Panama Red
You'll need third party software like Partition Magic to do it now.

10 megs is about mininum for an XP partition. 20 to 40megs depending on the number of programs installed.
