Software Deployment with Group Policy

I'm hoping somebody here may have experience and be able to help me with this. I'm setting up a couple of new software installations to assign to a few users at logon, with no intervention. Upon testing it on a test OU in my office, I've hit a problem. The msi for one program just installs a link in the start menu to the setup.exe file. If I run the setup, it says you need to be an administrator to install this software. It's the only program that requires the installer to be an administrator, and so it doesn't just fully install at logon like the others. Is there a way to stop the software from requiring an administrator to install it, or a way to get round this problem in Group Policy?

By the way, I've tried making the users local administrators, it doesn't help. And the msi is linked to an administrative install. This still doesn't help.

The decission about needing to be an admin is up to the program developer. Not much if anything you can do about it.

What's the name of the program? Maybe someone here has experience with it? And or have you looked on their web site?

It's called Truesizer EMBroidery. Its for creating designs to be embroidered on clothing, so not exactly a widely used piece of software. I'll check the website though.
