Windows XP Slowed and Screwed

I am running windows XP Home Edition SP2 and, It seemed to be running fine about 4 days ago. Lately (past 2 days or so) I have been having loading problems with it. The Taskbar disappears and all desktop items disappear. Then it takes about 15mins just to load back to normal. When I connect to the internet it takes about 10 mins just to load Mozilla Firefox. After about 10mins of not loading any webpages or downloading anything Mozilla Firefox says I can not access any of the webpages I usually go to. All I get is incomming traffic no outgoing. Also, Windows Media Player skips while playing audio files. I have done anti-virus scans with PC Tools AV, Ewido anti-malware, Spybot Search & Destroy, Ad-Aware SE and, Spyware Doctor. I have done other system clean ups with CleanUp!, and some WinASO programs. Could those programs have messed my computer up? If needed I can supply HJT log. Thanks in advance. Jeremy

Try booting into safe mode.. Go to msconfig and see how much stuff is runing in the back ground.. It is quite possible that you might have deleted some items listed in the spyware programs that were checked the the OS needs.. Do post the HJt log... Side note I would recommend getting a new system board at some time... The PC chips brand is the garbage of all garbage boards....

My Gaming/Multimedia system is not the computer I am referring to, that computer does not touch the internet. The Computer I am referring to is my Emachines. :-X But, anyways, my HJT Log

Start> Run> type in "msconfig" (without the quotes) and click Okay. In the box that comes up, click on the Startup tab.
