I am trying to install Sonic MyDVD (Ver 4.0) to my PC with Windows XP (home). When I install Version 4.0, everything works except Simple Backup. I get an error message that says: " Unable to load product specific resource DLL. Program will terminate (dlgrc.dll) " The face of the installation CD says: "Warning: for Windows 2000 and Windows XP users, please uninstall Intel Application Accelerator (IAA) before installing MyDVD Media Software to prevent software conflict between IAA and Sonic DLA." When I look in my "install / remove programs" I do not find: Intel Application Accelerator (IAA) driver!!!
Can you tell me how to correct this problem??? PLEASE HELP!!! |

No Pam - he has to REMOVE the IAA. If it's not in add/remove, it's not installed.
Confirm it's "dlgrc.dll" please - I think you may have a typo. |
