Windows goes straight to Admin account
I recently perfomed the bi-annual reinstall of Windows XP to fix a connection and driver issue. However, it now seems to skip login and go straight to the admin account
. I've created other user accounts, and enabled the welcome screen. Administrator is password protected etc. But from bootup it simply dumps me at the admin account straight off.Is there a setting I'm missing anywhere? Thanks for any help. |

See if this will work, go to Start>Run, type "control userpasswords2"(without ") when the Users Accounts dialog box opens, "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" box should be checked.
