Roxio Install
I had to do a repair XPpro install about a week ago and everything's working fine, the only problem is that now I get this random message when I close certain apps or sometimes if I copy/paste or drag-copy stuff. It attempts to run an install of Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 Basic DVD Edition, but then gives me a message saying, "The feature you are trying to use is ona CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available" and prompts me to insert the Roxio disk.
If I click cancel at the initial popup, it trys to run it again. I've had it attempt up to 3 times that I have to cancel. I really don't care about installing Roxio, I just want this to stop. Basically, I had some hardware problems and had to move some components around and then had problems with the video card drivers on the hard drive I swapped and ended up just reinstalling XP over the existing. |

I got Roxio too and I had the same problem and the reason it was doing that Was because I removed some fonts I THOUGHT were not needed and every few minutes roxio would to reinstall it self so I replaced the fonts back to there folder on that was the end of that it never did it again
I don't know it this is what you did but it did happen too me |
