Password Resetting - Active Directory Windows 2k Server

Hi all,

I would like to find a secure solution that would allow staff members at my campus to reset passwords for Active Directory user accounts without having to login onto the server itself. The server is running Windows 2000 Server. Students constantly forget their passwords so teachers have to wait until I can check my email to reset their passwords and it just gives me additional work. Idealy I'd like it to be done through something like a website, but I have a feeling it wouldn't be that easy.

Staff members are already in their own groups seperate to the students, so authentication shouldn't be too hard.

Any ideas, website or not?
