How to delete old driver
I had a netgear network card in my PC when I first built it but it was an old card and I removed ti and started using the onboard lan that was on my Motherboard. The problem is when I am downloadig a patch from a game I play it keeps detecting the old driver and says I have an incompatible network card driver. I found the drivers folder and found the driver I click on it click delete and it goes to the recycle bin after maybe 10 seconds it reappears in the drivers folder ..what gives..I can actually leave the folder open watch it disappear and then reappear. I went to Netgear's site and they have instruction for removing the drivers and I followed them but this file will not go away..help please.

Start the computer in safe mode, so no drivers are loaded ( press F8 at boot up).
Right click on the Recycle Bin and click on Properties. That will give you the option of removing the driver without it going into the recycle bin. Now uninstall the driver and reboot. If all's well re-enable the Recycle Bin.
