Something acceses floppy in windows

Hi,

I didnt know where to post this so please move to the appropriate place.

Something tries to access my floppy drive

When im just either surfing the internet or playing games i will hear my floppy drive make that noise as how its trying to access a floppy disk.
Im unsure why it does this as i dont realy use my floppy drive much.

It dosent do it all the time it would just do it one day for a few seconds then it wouldnt happen again for another few days.

I have searched for viruses/spyware but found nothing.

Maybe this has something to do with windows?
Thanks

Some antivirus check the floppy but your's seems more random. Have you tried disabling your AV (while disconnected, of course) to see if it still does it?

Check your recent documents list in the start menu. If there's a link to one that was on the floppy drive, that will do it.
