xp follow up

ok, well can someone tell me that if i BUY windows home xp instead of using my product key from my old computer, how i can uninstall, reinstall and reformat my harddrive and whatever i need to do. im scared...

If you want to remove everything on the hard drive, just boot to the new XP cd and choose a new install. When it finds the previous partition, just Delete all partitions. Then Create a new partition(s) and do the install. It's that easy.
