Making a Screensaver

I have a text file I'd like to use as a screensaver. I even renamed it with a .scr. How do I get this into the screensaver dialogue box so I can use it?

Could copy the text into the WIndows standard "Marquee" screen saver. Or:

This might help. It look like you can save it as an image file and then select it.
