Go into the BIOS... can you see if the hard drive is recognized?

Yes, it can still recognize the hard disk.....Could it be the motherboard problem? If so, how do i update the BIOS since I can't even go to the safe mode...

Check that the hard drive is still in the boot order. You may want to put it first in the list.

That's an indication of an unbootable hard drive - it may have failed. It's trying to boot from the network because it can't find anything else to boot from.

Have you tried removing that network card first, then reboot.

The network card is not the problem here -- the fact that the computer is trying to boot from the network indicates that either the hard drive is bad or misconfigured.
