Annoying security blobs
How does one disable the "You have automatic updates disabled. Your system may be at risk" stupid blob?? It pops up every time I load Windows. And no, I am NOT gonna activate automatic updates.
TIA

Disable the Security Center service and they should go away.

The name of the service is Security Center. Right-click on My Computer, go to Manage, then Services.

Hey Nuke, if you have sp2 you can go to Control Panel/ Security Center/ "Change the way Security Center alerts me" on the left side and uncheck what you don't want alerted.
