Register cleaner

I am looking for a free register cleaner. That will clean more than 20 or so prblems. Any sugestions please let me know.

CCleaner and EasyCleaner each have registry cleaning tools, which I use frequently. As far as I know, they only remove keys which are assosicated with software which has been uninstalled or keys which are unused.
