problems uninstalling programs!
When i go to add-remove programs to unstall something
An error box pops up saying "Setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I can't remember the fix but it sounds like a corrupted windows installer program. I had the same thing happen to me and I got the from Microsoft Knowledge Base .
