Windows XP won't shut down!

When attempting to shut down Win XP Home it goes through all the processes, shuts down and then starts right back up. Unless the power at the desktop is shut-off right then there is no way of stopping the re-boot. Any ideas?

Check your bios for wake events - most likely WOL (wake on lan).
