Need Help with XP Install on Sata Please

I posted a couple of days ago about dual booting XP MCE & XP Pro on 2 Sata HD's. MCE is installed on 160GB Sata and I want to install XP Pro on my new WD 250GB HD.

I installed the WD in box (to sata port 1) went into bios and enabled it then booted to MCE and MCE "found new hardware" and installed it. I went to Disk Management and WD was recognized and I set up a primary partition of 30GB & the format went well & I left the rest of space on HD un-formatted.

I then re-booted to the XP CD and it loaded all the drivers & it said to hit Enter to install & then it said that there were no hard drives installed and it prompted me to hit F3 to quit setup.

I tried several things like disconnecting my 160GB HD which was on sata port 0 & plugged th WD in its place. The bios recognized the WD in port 0. I tried to install & got the same message, "no disks installed"

The XP Pro was purchased at eDirectSoftware.com as a OEM version. It stated on the CD that it was not for resale. The disk has September 2004 on it along with SYSTEMS WINDOWS CLIENT BUSINESS. Also it says MICROSOFT LICENSING & has a product key. I am wondering if its legit?

Any resonable advice will be greatly appreciated.
