ChkDsk Problem

Hi All:

I received a popup telling me that C: drive is corrupt / unreadable, the only thing that shows is the AUTOEXEC file.

Please see my information at ...

http://home.earthlink.net/~billlane271/chkdsk.html

Your help in solving this will be very much appreciated, and thanks ahead of time,

Bill Lane

P.S. Now I can't even get into my computer using Safe Mode or standard startup, I get this message while starting up... NTLDR is missing, press Ctrl + Alt + Del.

But it just keeps doing the same thing, now what? Hope I don't have to reinstall to solve this problem.

P.P.S. Well thanks to glc's reply to Malta Soron's (Scandisk can't access HD) "Boot with your XP CD, log into the repair console, and run CHKDSK /P"

I followed his instructions and solved both of my problems :-) , I'm happy!!
