Windows Files
I had a problem(s) with my computer and believe I have it pretty much fixed. I believe it was a combination of a virus and a bad stick of memory. I've been examining the files in explorer and while checking out my windows directory I see many files like this one $ms131Uninsal l_KB893803$. I'm curious as to what they are because I don't recall them being there before. Thanks in advance.

Those are uninstallers for all your Windows updates. No need to mess with them.
