XP SP2 and video conflicts?
So I'm having an issue with my video. If I boot I don't get the post or the beeps. If I clear the CMOS it boots right up. I got into more detail here:
http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=154523 So while I was waiting for the responses from the guys in the build forum, I got to thinking that I recently upgraded from XP to XP SP2. Do you think there's any chance it wouldn't jibe with my old video card? ATI rage 128 PCI. Its just a thought I wanted to bounce off of someone. Thanks for you help. |
