Enhancing Limited User Accounts

I recently installed a game for me and the kids to play but since I installed it while using my account, none of the kids who have limited accounts can play the game. the game is Sims 2 and I do not want to give 3 kids admin privleges so how can I set this up so that they can play? Haven't noticed this issue with other games that are being used.

I am WinXP Pro installed. Thanks!
