Prefect problem

I'm trying to turn prefect back on and it's not working.
Any help would be appreciated.

So far I have done the Registry thing if u look at attachment.

Not sure what the screen shot is suppose to be telling us?

Look in "Services" and make sure the "required" Task Schedular service is turn on..

Well i was told to enable prefetcher and modify the number to 3.
i did that and the prefect is still always empty.

I'm trying to turn it on so that it will prefetch.

It was on Manual I just tried it on Automatic.Will let u know....
