2003 server---unblocking dowloaded files
I downloaded a couple of zip files onto a windows 2003 server with sp1. Whenever I attempt to unzip one of the files I receive a message that the file is blocked. There is a link provided with the prompt that says go to the file properties and uncheck blocked, but when I view the files properties there is no option to unblock, only read only, and hidden. I have disabled IE advanced security but still no success.

I would appreciate any suggestions. thanks
