RESTART hangs up
I'm running Win98 SE on a P II Compaq desktop. When I select Restart from the Shut Down menu, my system shuts down all the processes and leaves me with a black screen. It no longer reboots. I now have to physically hit the power switch and restart the system manually.
Any suggestions how to fix this?
