Won't start all the program
I finished building my first computer and i installed it with all of my HD partitioned for programs and os. I installed all the driver updates for all my hardware and at the before problem started i installed EZ armor anti-virus software and it restarted my computer. After it rebooted, it doesn't load all the startup program and when i try to lanch program it doesn't launch. when i try to shut it off it doen't shut off either. at the end i presses and held the power button and turned it off. Then i turned it back on and same thing happend. it didn't even show the thing that it suppose to show when i press ctrl+alt+del. Can guys help me please. I spent $1200 on this pc. If it doens't work my dad will kill me.

I can't even do anything. Non of the program or anything would launch. I have athlon x2 3800+ and i waited 10 minutes. but the processor is fast and shouldn't take long to load.

Will it start in safe mode? If not, wipe it and start over.
