Can I upgrade my laptop to win98se

I have a old Acer Extensa 501T, win98 installed, CPU 266Mhz, 64mb sdram, HD 3gb. I would like to install win98se on it. I don't have a drivers cd. Do I need the mobo, video, chipset drivers, etc if I can install win98se? Will they be compatible with win98se? Thank you in advance for anyone's help.

The upgrade process is going to re-enumerate your hardware and you will need drivers. See if you can download them in advance from Acer.
