Problem exporting from Outlook XP

We have a shared mailbox the recieves daily emails of log and dump files. These mails are then moved to a .PST on a network share. The .PSt is only about 500MB currently and you can open and read it just fine. However one folder within the .PST errors out when trying to export it, but the other within the same .PST work fine?

I have tried to copy that folder into a new .PST, same thing. I have tried copying the emails one by one (there are about 36000), still same error. I have tried running the scanpst tool and still the smae thing happens. It either completely hangs Outlook or gives a TransMGR.dll error and then restarts Outlook. Any ideas?????

What is the exact wording of the error message? Have you search the MS Knowledgebase for the error?
