Windows 2000 server defragment tool, Dangerous?
Is that true that it is dangerous for the OS and Applicatios to defragment the disk of a Windows 2000 server? that I could damage the system to the point of make it unable to boot?

I highly doubt that. In fact, if I had a 2000 Server, I'd be running Diskeeper on it to keep it defragged automatically.

I ask because a guy I know told me that it is not recommended, because he once did it and after rebooting the system was damage, and because of that he almost fail the exam for windows 2000 server, personally I think it was something else, but it is better to ask.
