service packs and updates

I was wondering if there is a way to transfer the update and service pack files from 1 pc to another. We have slow satellite internet here, with limited transfer per day. I had to do a clean install on an infected computer for someone, but service pact 2 alone will take about 3 days worth of downloading. Any help would be appreciated.
