Blue Screen Flassh then reboot

I cant figure this one out. Brand new HP Pavilion a1410n Media Center computer. I am simply loading SBC software, Works Suite, IGOFigure software to run a Curves Workout Facility, and Quickbooks. The only hardware Im adding is a 2nd video card because the Curves Software needs 2 screens. The first time I did this I did everything reformatted machine twice and retuned machine feeling it was bad. This time I never installed the 2nd video card and just installed the software on a newer machine obtained in the return. As I work with it on a reboot if will hit the windows screen with the line going across the bottom and it will flash the blue screen and reboot. I can get into safe mode. I have uninstalled the video driver, network card driver but somthing helps.

Any ideas before I sleep on it.

Shuck

I always test memory with a boot problem or a BSOD problem. You may get into msconfig, shut off all programs that run at start up, and reboot to see if it's a product causing this. You may even try going to Control Panel >> Admin Tools >> Event Viewer and check the application and system logs for any clues. Hope this helps.
