clock in windows XP
when I shutdown the PC after use the next time I log on the clock in the system tray starts at the time I tuned off and I have to go and reset or sync the clock back up. Any ideas as the pc seems to be starting up all ok everytime. Could it be the onboard battery and how do I change it.... powered up or powered off, will I loose any data or anything?
Thanks in advance Mike |

Change the mobo battery with the power off and power supply unplugged. Have the new battery ready and just quickly swap them. You shouldn't loose any bios settings . All your data is on the hard drive and isn't affected.
