corporate LAN question
I've heard of network administrators being able to remove a client from the network, remotely and without him knowing, becuase he was downloading something that the administrator did not want on the network. Does anyone know how this is possible... or is it just a case of knowing what port he was plugged into and disconnecting the cable from the hub? I got the impression he could do it from sat at his desk, like a software thing?
Thanks. |

Look in the Networking section. They have tons of software to do just about anything.
