Eliminate password request after standby boot ?

Iv'e got used to shutting the lid of my thinkpad with 2000Pro which send it into standby. When it boots up it shows an " unlock computer " administrator password request which I want to get rid of. Tweakui has got rid of the password request when booting up from a complete shutdown. The password protection is not checked in display properties. Its a dumb 'protection' all anyone would have to do is pull the plug and it will reboot without a password. How can I get rid of this nag ? Thanks !

Thanks - thats where it was. I had searched the Microsoft site but got nowhere. Ive found that the MS site is very sensitive as to what keywords are used. Probably due to the vast amount of data there.
