installing xp pro with xp home already on

hi there

i was hopeing to install xp pro onto my single hd with one partion on it with xp home allready installed. i know u cant install xp with different os on the same partion but i belive that u can have to copies of xp on the one partion is this right.

if so how do u do it and will it NOT delete my data from the xp home.

i am doing this as its an evaluation virsion of xp pro( only good for 120 days) as i plan to do the mcse cause but i am new to all this.

Sorry, but you cannot install two copies of XP on the same partition. Do you have an old hard drive of at least 5 Gig or greater ? If so, you can try adding it for the evaluation. You could also use a program Like Disk Director or Partition Magic to create a second partition out of the free space...
