Time Synchrony Client-Server

My LAN runs on multiple PCs:
Server (Domain Controller): Win 2000 Advanced Server
Client: Windows 2000 Pro

1. The time format on Clients are different from that of Server (dd/mm/yy).
formats on Clients are (mm/dd/yy or mm/dd/yyyy or dd/MMM/yy etc...) I want a common format (one
that is on server) to be on the Clients.

2. I also want the Client Time = Server Time. ie. All my clients will have the same time as that of
the Server.

One small issue that am facing is in the following:

MSAccess Application runs. The db located on server and frntend located on clients. The time format of server is dd/mm/yy but the format on clients are random ( mm/dd/yyyy or mm/dd/yy etc).
How do I implement the server time format on clients.
Any help is appreciated.
