USB 2.0 Drivers

I'm not exactly sure were to post this, but here goes:

I need USB 2 drivers for my system. I looked on the Asus website (I have an Asus P5GD1), but couldn't find the drivers there. The drivers are supposed to be on the driver CD, but I installed it, and it didn't do anything. I'm running WinXP Pro, can anyone help?

Thanks, but no, that doesn't help. I'm running Service Pace 2. From the instructions on my motherboard's driver CD, it said I didn't need to install the USB 2 drivers because SP2 included them. Yet my system us telling me that 'this USB device can perform faster' whenever I plug a USB2 device in.

29-Aug-2002 5.1.2600.1106 or later versions Usbport.sys
29-Aug-2002 5.1.2600.1106 or later versions Usbhub.sys
29-Aug-2002 5.1.2600.1106 or later versions Hccoin.dll
29-Aug-2002 5.1.2600.1106 or later versions Usbehci.sys

That's the MS driver list from the page you gave me. My drivers look like this:

usbhub.sys
usbport.sys
usbuhci.sys
usbui.dll

All have the same driver version: 5.1.2600.2180(xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158)

Take a look at the usb devices in the Device Manger. An indication that USB 2.0 is working is when you see "Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller". The drivers on the Asus CD should only be for 98se. Also check in your bios. There may be a setting there to enable a High Speed USB.

It was the MoBo BIOS. USB 2 Host Controllers were disabled. Thanks again for the help.
