hung app?

Been getting a lot of "hung applications" lately. Software freezes, then when I attempt to close the error notice, I ge the reason is because of a "hung app".

Why are my programs hanging like that?

I have plenty of memory, about 1 gig.

Any ideas?

It night be a good idea to clean out your registry with a free utility like CCleaner. Also, I would recommend updating and running all your antispyware / antivirus softwares.

The name of the bad update is 908531, so you can either uninstall that right now (check the "Show Updates" checkbox in Add/Remove programs) or wait for an updated patch.
