Every time I turn on the computer asked to choose OS

I transfered data from my old Maxtor IDE HD to my new SATA DiamondMax using MaxBlast 4, and I replaced my IDE with the SATA. But now, everytime I turn on my computer, I'm prompted to "Please select the Operating System to star:

Windows (default)
Windows (default)"

I'm given the two above choices, and both take me to my ordinary Windows. How can I get this to go away?

Actually, I don't see the System Icon in my control panel, nor can I find it.
