How to LOCKDOWN Windows XP?!!!

I work for a company and we have all these computers that need to be locked down. I was wondering if there were registry keys that would disable games or music playing. Basically any suggestions that would delete, disable, destroy these type of applications that are not sutable for the work place. At any rate Music playing is a major problem and any suggestions would be great. We run a network of about 250 employees.

We have symantec too, however there are so many music sites that people can go to. Instead of blocking each individual one there has to be a batch file we can run that disables music.

You can not disable games easily as they are dot exe just like good applications are. But you can stop them from getting in by: (and I am only on the recieving end of this type of restriction so no expert)

1) Restict all users so that they can not install apps - probably a good idea regardless
2) Disable the music player apps that you find one their systems
3) Use a web filtering app to limit where they go, websense is what they use at my work.

Mechanics are out side my realm, but I am sure there are people here with this experience.
