Windows 2000 Remote Connection

In my business we have windows 2000 and xp. With the remote desktop Connection program we can remote XP to XP or 2000 to XP. But XP cannot remote to a 2000 computer. However windows server 2000 has an application you can enable in add/remove windows components. Its called Terminal
Services which allows you to remote in. But for some reason windows 2000 professional does not have terminalservices. Is there anyway to get this on 2000 so i can remote in. Or any other way to get around it.
