Win x64

Curious, for anyone out there running the 64 bit version of windows...are most of the kinks ironed out of x64 yet? I remember x64 having really poor driver support when it was first released.

running it, and i can say that there is a lot more x64 support than 6moths ago when i got it, but there are still some issues with some drivers and waiting for software to be coded in x64, but its a lot better than it was.

I've been running it since last December. I have drivers for all of my hardware and have had it since the beginning. The only real problem is that there is no 64-bit packet writing software out there, so you can't use a DVD+/-RW or CD-RW drive as just another hard drive, you have to use burning software to use it.

There isn't much 64-bit software out there. I'm using the 64-bit Deer Park Firefox alpha, that's about it.

I running Windows X64, BUT I've gone to a dual boot with Windows 2000 (The only legal freed-up version I have that I could legally use , but heck it works) for doing my school work for printer drivers for x64 still stink. If I know now back when I assembled this computer I would have gone with the old regular Windows XP, but heck at least x64 plays my games better than Windows 2000.
