Spool32 error, no printing

When Windows loads I get an error saying spoolsv32.exe has failed and then closes.

When I try to add a printer I get an error saying the printer subsystem is unavailable to to system resources (plenty left)

It then tells me an event log as been created.

The log says

"The Print Spooler service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action. "

Thats it

The Pc is a 1.8gig p3, 256m Ram running Windows 2000

Any Ideas?

Spoolsv32.exe is a Trojan, not the print spooler service.
