Question Stray Explorer window opens at startup

Greetings,

I've just completed a new build, with a clean install on XP Home. I've re-loaded all my software and the system is working fine. With the exception on a stray Explorer window that opens at every startup. I've gone to Tools/Folder Options/View and checked the setting to remember each folders settings. The Explorer window opens to show my "program files" expanded.
Is there a setting I'm missing to correct this issue? Maybe an ini file that I can edit? or even the registry?
Its a minor issue but very annoying....
Thanks....
