Question Shut down too fast to see Error message

When I "Shut Down" or "Restart", I see an error message (from when I see "Windows is shutting down" till it actually shuts down/restarts.

However, the time is so short....I can't read it.

¿Can I slow down (stop) the shut down process, so I can read the error?

Send a message via MSN to doctorgonzo
Is it a blue screen or is it a popup dialog box?
