Full screen PIF in XP

I have an XP workstation that runs a DOS application that is started up using a PIF file. The DOS app runs fine but does not display a full screen vertically. Horizontially, it displays the full screen from left to right since I checked the Full Screen mode in the PIF file parameters. I want to have the entire screen taken up by the display of the DOS program. Two other PCs (one a WIN98 PC and the other a WIN2K PC) display in a complete screen. Can someone help me out with my problem?

Not going to happen with XP. I don't know why, probably because full screen in XP is 640x480 but DOS wants 640x400.

Thanks! I was beginning to think of that same thing, but I was hoping I was wrong.

Oh well!
