Blue screen of death on XP

So I got the blue screen... third time total since i've owned XP as of 2003.

the error was in win32k.sys and it said something about page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

what does this mean?

i wasn't playing any games or anything, jus had word, msn, trillian and winamp running, pretty much my main progs that are always running even when playing games (cept halo since the msn lags me)

my system specs are

AMD XP 2500+ OCed at 2.09ghz (AMD XP 3200+)
2x 512mb Corsair XMS PC3200
ASUS A7V600-X
BFG OCed Nvidia 6200 256mb
Creative Audigy Z2 or sumthing lol
WD HDD 80gb
Seagate 20gb(storage)
quantaum something storage drive 40gb

Windows XP, i got SP2 today and all the updates. so maybe that? prob is i dont have system restore since i dont have much hdd space to spare for that

. i have run memtest, with no errors (9hrs) tho i haven't ran it when the sys is oced, perhaps i should lower the ram speed

0x00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
(Click to consult the online Win XP Resource Kit article, or see Windows 2000 Professional Resource Kit, p. 1548.)
Requested data was not in memory. An invalid system memory address was referenced. Defective memory (including main memory, L2 RAM cache, video RAM) or incompatible software (including remote control and antivirus software) might cause this Stop message, as may other hardware problems (e.g., incorrect SCSI termination or a flawed PCI card).

fixed the problem, the bus speed was going too fast for RAM i think, and i checked and made sure the timings were on auto.

everything is fine after i put bus to auto and timing, maybe it was cycling too fast
